EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

10:00 am to 9:00 pm – Indoor exhibits may be entered at the arena

8:30 am to 11:30 am – Indoor exhibits may be entered at the arena

11:30 (no later) All AssistExpo confirmation sheets or Paper Entry forms to be registered at the Fair office

7:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Exhibition Hall open to view Indoor Exhibits

6:00 am to 9:30 am Horses for Gymkhana may enter the grounds

All Entrants for the Gymkhana are asked to enter King Edward Park using the Radford (Main) Street entrance.

6:00 am to 11:00 am – Cattle for Invitational Showcase may enter the grounds

All Entrants for the Invitational Showcase are asked to enter King Edward Park using the Cavan (library) Street entrance.

9:00 am to 4:00 pm – Exhibition Hall open to view exhibits

9:45am (no later) – Gymkhana Registration at the Fair Office in arena front lobby

11:00 am (no later) – Invitational Showcase Registration at the Fair Office in arena front lobby

12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (no later) – Registration for Pet Show

4:00 pm (no earlier) – Exhibits may be removed from Exhibition hall.
