About the Markdale Agricultural Society’s Annual Co-Ed Slo-Pitch Tournament
Date: July 25th-26th, 2025
Location: King Edward Park, Markdale Diamond
Who can play?
Co-ed, age 15+, min. 4 females per team

Extras throughout the weekend:
-Home Run Derby (Saturday before finals)
Food:
-Snack Shack (snacks and drinks – burgers and hotdogs)
-Breakfast Sandwiches (Saturday morning only)
Prizes:
-Catch the Ace
-Raffle Baskets (donated by local stores in Markdale and surrounding areas)
-Winning team recieves full registration fees in return, with tournament apparel!

About the Founder
Hi, my name is Megan Teeter. I am an executive director of the MAS, and have a passion for keeping the community involved and social!
The idea of a ball tournament fundraiser was sparked when I was the MAS Senior Ambassador 2022-23. I brought this idea to the board, and was encouraged to take on this event. For three years now, it has been a fundraiser towards the Markdale Agricultural Society that brings family and friends out to the ball park for a fun, entertaining, competitive weekend in Markdale.
